The second downside is that the setup doesn’t always work. The first is that the scope is still in the sight picture when the irons are up, even if you aren’t using it, which means unless you remove it, it’s one more thing clouding up your vision. ![]() There are generally a couple of downsides to this setup. All you need to do is get the right spacer for your red dot or low magnification scope, and sight everything in.
